PCB Orders

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your PCB order on QukoPCB before production begins.

We will notify you via email when your order enters production. After this notification, the order cannot be canceled.

If you cancel a paid order before production starts, you will receive a full refund. Please note that coupons are non-refundable.

If the products have been produced or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Goods Return:

Since PCB products are custom-made based on your design files, we are not responsible for issues caused by these files.

Our PCB engineers will review your files to the best of their ability and will contact you if there are any issues.

If we fail to manufacture the PCB according to your files and remarks or meet the corresponding IPC standard, you can apply for a return within 20 days of receiving the product.

Return requests require QukoPCB’s authorization. Authorized returns will be re-manufactured and shipped to you at no additional cost.

Electronics Components Orders

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your electronics components order on QukoPCB before the products are shipped.

If you cancel a paid order before shipping, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations are not accepted once the products have been shipped.

If the delivery is confirmed as lost in transit, QukoPCB will accept a refund application.

Goods Return:

QukoPCB only accepts returns for electronic components due to quality issues.

Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact our customer service immediately.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include the QukoPCB order number, pictures of the products and labels, and a detailed problem description.

Return requests require QukoPCB’s authorization.

Return Process

Return Authorization:

After receiving your return request, we will contact you via email to confirm whether a return is necessary.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your credit card or paid account within a certain number of days.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Please check your bank account or contact your credit card/banking company for refund processing times.
