With two state-of-the-art PCB factories and an advanced PCBA facility equipped with 10 SMT lines, all ISO 9001:2005 compliant, we guarantee superior quality and efficiency. Our specialization in quick-turn PCB prototyping and assembly services is backed by our commitment to managing mass production orders with utmost efficiency.
Our production capabilities are bolstered by the latest equipment such as YAMAHA pick and place machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, and a team of over 200 skilled professionals. We also have specialized teams for AOI, functional testing, and IC programming to guarantee quality at every stage.

Electric Test (E-test): We perform thorough electrical testing to validate the functionality of each PCB.
Flying Probe Test: Our flying probe test ensures the continuity and correctness of the PCB traces and pads.
Special Test Fixture: Custom test fixtures are designed for specific PCBs to guarantee accurate testing outcomes.
Visual Inspection: A meticulous visual inspection is conducted to identify any defects or irregularities.
AOI Checking: Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) checks for defects in the soldering process and component placement.
Visual Inspection for PCBA: A detailed visual examination of assembled boards to ensure correct assembly and absence of defects.
AOI Checking for PCBA: Further AOI inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of component placement on the board.
X-RAY Checking: We utilize X-ray technology to inspect for hidden defects within the solder joints and components.
BGA Placement: Precise placement of Ball Grid Array components, ensuring a reliable connection.
